**No advertising currently runs on this site.**

If display advertising is introduced:

- Ad slots will be **fixed and reserved in the layout** so they cannot cause layout shift.
- Advertising will be **clearly distinguished** from editorial content.
- **No advertiser will have any influence** over editorial content, verdicts, or sourcing.
- Advertising cookies would require consent, and a real consent mechanism would be added **before** any such cookie is set.
- Our [privacy policy](/privacy-policy/) and [cookie policy](/cookie-policy/) would be updated first, with dates visible.

Advertising will not appear on the regulations, health, or tenant rights branches.
