If display advertising is introduced:

• Ad slots will be fixed and reserved in the layout so they cannot cause layout shift.
• Advertising will be clearly distinguished from editorial content.
• No advertiser will have any influence over editorial content, verdicts, or sourcing.
• Advertising cookies would require consent, and a real consent mechanism would be added before any such cookie is set.
• Our privacy policy and cookie policy would be updated first, with dates visible.

Advertising will not appear on the regulations, health, or tenant rights branches.
