A pesticide classified by the EPA as posing potential unreasonable adverse effects without added restrictions, which may only be applied by or under the direct supervision of a certified applicator.
Restricted-use products are not available for purchase or use by the general public. If a page anywhere presents one as a homeowner option, that page is wrong, and following it would be a federal violation.
